New corals arrived today.
I was not expecting the USPS to run today as I am a government contractor and we were off today. The Priority Mail box was beat up pretty badly. Some leakage on the box as well, so I am surprised they even delivered it. They have been in transit since sometime Tuesday. The guy laid the bags directly on top of 2 cool packs. The water in the bags is dirty with a lot of junk flowting around as well. I have them floating in the 40 gallon and then will move the corals to a bowl with some of my tank water and take pictures for just in case they don't make it. These are the ones my wife bought for me on EBay, so I am hoping they are going to be okay.

Ugh, M! I hope they're okay, too.
I had a delivery from Totally Exotic Corals. They had a nice sale so I picked up some zoas and a Tubb's blue-polyped bird's nest frag. One of the zoas/paly's are Widow Maker's? I never saw them in RL before, but these polyps are HUGE. The polyp without the fringe are bigger than a nickel! The skirts are about 1/2" long. They are quite impressive. I hope I keep them alive! I also got a couple different shades of blue zoas, and some purple paly's. Some fire and ice, and they threw in a frag of some kind of bright jade green zoas. Not radioactive dragons. Different shade of green. Quite nice! I'll get some pictures but I have to take Ozzy to the vet as he has something nasty going on on the right side of his face. I've gotten in the habit of removing corals from the plugs they're on, and I'm glad this time, because I found several very nasty looking red worms in amongst the zoas. Also, a ton of those asterina stars. I picked off between 25-30 of them! I sure hope I got them all. I took my time and really searched for them. Dumped water and put in fresh...swished them around and hunted for more. Put in coral dip/lugol's. Remounted everything on bits of rubble from my tank. Let them sit for about an hour in tank water and watched for critters.

We don't have anything special planned. Grill some meatses later, probably? The sun actually came out today, blinding everyone. We've become Mole Peeple from the thick cloud cover. We had 10" of rain in five days! That's a lot.
It's 66 and supposed to go to 73. Sounds perfect to me!
